1. User Accounts & Platform Services

To access certain features of our Site, such as the Stash & WIP Tracker and AI Diamond Art Studio, you must register for an account.

• Service Availability: We strive to keep our cloud-based tools (Stash Tracker) running smoothly. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

2. AI Pattern Generation & Custom Designs

Our platform allows you to use AI algorithms to generate custom diamond painting patterns or upload your own images for customization.

• Your Rights: By uploading an image or generating a design, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the image or have obtained all necessary licenses and permissions.
• Copyright Infringement: We respect intellectual property rights. You agree NOT to upload or generate images that infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate this policy.
• Output Variations: Please note that the final physical diamond painting may have slight color and detail variations compared to the digital AI-generated preview due to the nature of diamond drills and canvas rendering.

3. Products, Pricing & Orders

• Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
• Order Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• Custom Orders: Because our diamond paintings are custom-manufactured based on your specific AI generations or uploads, orders enter production quickly. Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.

4. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the highly personalized nature of our custom AI diamond paintings, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for non-defective custom items once production has begun.

• If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is missing diamond drills, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will gladly send replacement drills or issue a replacement kit at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The website’s design, text, graphics, logos, and the underlying code of the AI Diamond Art Studio and Stash Tracker are the exclusive property of AI Diamond Art Studio and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
