Phase 1: Bespoke AI Production 3 - 5 Business Days

Unlike off-the-shelf products, every kit from AI Diamond Studio Pro is uniquely generated just for you. Once your order is placed, our AI algorithm finalizes the pixel-perfect blueprint. Then, our quality team manually curates, weighs, and packs the exact resin drills required for your custom palette. This precision audit ensures flawless colors and takes a few days to complete.

Phase 2: Global Dispatch 24 - 48 Hours

Once your kit passes our rigorous quality check, it is securely packaged and dispatched from one of our Global Fulfillment Hubs. You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your canvas leaves our studio.

Phase 3: Transit to Your Door 7 - 14 Business Days

We partner with premium international couriers to deliver your masterpiece safely. Depending on your location (US, UK, EU, or AU), transit typically takes between 1 to 2 weeks. Please note that customs clearance in certain regions might occasionally add a slight delay.
